Are there any products I shouldn’t use when pregnant or breastfeeding?
As our products contain active ingredients, there are some that are not recommended for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. In each product description you will see this highlighted. If you are unsure or would like more information on skincare during pregnancy or breastfeeding, book a consultation with our Nurse Practitioner.
What if I don’t like the product or it isn’t suitable to my skin, can I return it?

How long does shipping take?
If purchasing from our General Store, we offer Standard Post where delivery can take up to 6 business days to metro areas, up to 14 business days for rural areas (excluding weekends and public holidays) and Express Post shipping which delivers next Business day. It covers 80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses and Post Office Boxes.
Service operates between all capital cities (except Darwin and in Perth CBD only) and some major centres. Outside metropolitan areas guaranteed service is to and from townships only. If your item is for an address outside the Express Post network, Australia Post will use the fastest possible transport links, but it won’t be covered by the Next Day Guarantee.
Do you ship internationally?
At this stage we only ship within Australia but if you are located Internationally, please do not hesitate to contact us to see if we can make alternative arrangements for you.
What payment methods do you accept?
We use Stripe as our payment gateway which accepts MasterCard, Visa and American Express.
Can I shop General beauty products with account I registered for Book Appointments?
Yes, You can use the same logins if you have Registered through the New Client Consultation Form.
Do I need an account to buy General Beauty Products?
By creating an account you will be able to shop faster, be up to date on an order’s status, and keep track of the orders you have previously made.
